                              JUST A FEW REMINDERS

IMPORTANT:  Please check the programme against ‘OUT and ABOUT’ notes in Club Magazine & Website www.lunevalleyda.co.uk each month so that you are aware of last minute changes.

All sites are minimum landowner facilities, your own toilet please. All members of the Camping and Caravanning Club may join us; all types of units are welcome.

Rubbish must be taken home from all weekend meets and must not be deposited in bins provided for license site campers.

SITES WILL NORMALLY BE AVAILABLE FROM 4:00 PM ON FRIDAY unless otherwise stated. If you are the first to arrive please check with the that you are in the right field and act as Steward until the officially appointed one arrives. Remember he/she is in charge and his decisions must be accepted.

In bad weather conditions keep vehicle movements to a minimum

THE FOLLOWING CLUB RULES MUST BE OBSERVED:

·        5 MPH SPEED LIMIT NO L DRIVERS

·        DOG MUST BE ON A MAX 2M LEAD AT ALLTIMES AND EXERCISED OUTSIDE THE CAMPING AREA

·        OTHER PETS MUST BE KEPT UNDER CONTROL

·        NO NOISE BETWEEN 11PM AND 7AM

·        GAMES TO BE PLAYED AWAY FROM UNITS TO AVOID DAMAGE OR ANNOYANCE

·        UNITS MUST BE AT LEAST 6m APART (ON SMALL SITES CAMPERS SHOULD NOT TAKE UP EXCESSIVE SPACE, THEY COULD BE ASKED TO MOVE).

·        NO TOILETS OR PARTS THEREOF SHOULD BE FILLED AT THE DRINKING WATER TAP

·        GENERATORS 10AM TO 4PM SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE STEWARD

Milk will not normally be available at ordinary weekend meets, ask Steward.  Drinking water will always be available but it is recommended that you bring a gallon or two.

Finally, please observe the Club’s Rules and the Country Code with special respect to the landowner’s privacy and property. Without their co-operation we could not exist.
